This video speaks out to colleges worldwide. Not only is it a catchy song but also embraces that once in a while people should let loose and ejoy collage. It sums up the college years with a couple of beers, your friends, and not forgetting your schoolwork. Every person can relate to this video in one way or another that’s why I thought it was a good touch to this blog.  This video is placed in a house party with all the different social classes mingling together enjoying the party. These are the times that make your college years go by faster with still enforcing that being in class is important.  You never can expect when something as amazing as winning the beer pong match is to occur so never forget your camera to make sure you catch all those epic moments in collage.  After listening to this song hopefully you is agree with Asher Roth and say to yourself “ I love college, I love drinking, I love women, I love college.” College is what you make it to be. Your going to need the support from your friends, family, and role models to make sure you succeed. Also tips such as “don’t pass out with your shoes on,” to help lighten your days. And remember at the end of the day when you parents call and check in and see how there baby is doing, make sure you tell them; my friends are supportive, my grades are awesome, my professors love me, and no I haven’t had a sip of liquor.

College Life

A lot of individuals agree that college is one of the best times of their lives.  I always wondered why that was. Maybe because one realized they have met a new level of obtaining an enormous amount of liquor, or finally they felt a sense of belonging.  Also could have realized that this is there last couple years of school and they finally can enter the real world.  Or perhaps they met the one they fell in love with. All of these factors contribute to making ones collage experience a memorable one. I believe that is what college is about. Yes it’s about becoming successful, but also is a place where individuals can explore themselves. Where they can have options and opportunities that they may have never been able to experience. It’s a chapter in life that should be made memorable and unique.  College is an environment where each person should be able to mold it and be creative to allow self-fulfillment.

Who doesn’t love feeling accepted. College has a variety of social classes. It’s all about finding where you belong. Are you more of a smarty-pants, and enjoy calculus, or love gaming? “Nerds” will be a perfect fit for you. Or are you more of an athlete and strive for sports, “Jocks” will match you just fine.  Or perhaps you judge others, or care what you wear, and love being the center of attention and hitting up every party? “Popular, mean girls/boys, or try-hard's” are all one category that sounds about right. No matter what category you fit into as long as you’re being true to yourself, your collage life will memorable.

10 Tips To Survive The College Life

1.     Seek an equal balance between handling your liquor and not handling it. You only have 1 liver but you might as well take advantage of it while you can.

2.    First impressions are everything. You never no when you need a lab partner, a babysitter to carry you home after a ruff night or a shoulder to cry on. More friends the merrier.

3.    Make sure you’re in the right class before spending 3 weeks in it and realizing you’re in the wrong class.

4.    Watch out for freshman 15. It doesn’t benefit you or your new pair of jeans.

5.    Drinking 411:Beer before liquor you get sicker, liquor before beer you’re in the clear.

6.    Once a month bring your prof’s star bucks to show that even though you were sleeping half the time in their class you appreciate them, and they should raise your mark.

7.    When it comes to condoms put two on (Nait always keeps you protected) pretty sure a one-night stand is not going to be your future husband or wife.

8.    Don’t wait for night before to study for your midterm, make sure your always caught up on your reading and assignments

9.    Your new college diet consists of coffee; beer, KD and pizza but make sure that you consider tip number 4 before enjoying it too much.

10.  And yes the pictures from last nights party will be posted. Your classiest moment of your beer pong title will have to be your new profile picture.
